Summer Conditioning Program: All NEW athletes are invited to join our Conditioning camp that runs from June 3rd - August 12th.

ALL HIGH SCHOOL RUNNERS
6:30am - 8:00am: Monday (BVSW Track - Speed/Workouts)

-6:00pm - 7:00pm: Monday (BVSW Weight Room - TAPP: Strength Training)

6:30am - 8:00am: Tuesday (Black Bob Park, First Lot on the Left - Recovery Runs/Workouts)

-6:00pm - 7:00pm: Tuesday (BVSW Weight Room - TAPP: Strength Training)

6:30am - 8:00am: Thursday (Verheaghe Park, 167th & Flint - Mills/Steady Runs)
-6:00pm - 7:00pm: Thursday (BVSW Weight Room - TAPP: Strength Training)

6:30am - 8:00am: Friday (Various Locations or Family Homes - Long/Pancakes/Recovery Runs)

6:30am - 8:30am: Saturday (Heritage Park Shelter #8 - Steady/Recovery Runs)

New runners are encouraged to attend as often as possible but are NOT required to participate in XC in the fall. If the athlete is wanting to be a "CHAMPION" we want them getting used to a high level of training with the appropriate amount of development. Consistency is Key!
