Volunteers are needed to assist with a variety of volunteer needs in Flagler County. Once you have completed this registration form you will be subject to a sexual predator background check before being registered with Flagler Volunteer Services.

After your registration is processed you will be emailed a list of our current needs with sign up links and begin receiving notifications of all future volunteer needs so that you can help the community in the ways that you feel most comfortable with and are available to assist with. You will also receive notifications on volunteer trainings and special events that you may want to participate in.

By volunteering you will not only make a difference in our community but will also hopefully find volunteer jobs that you enjoy, that provide social networking opportunities and help to either teach you new skills or utilize skills you already have. Volunteering should be a two way street where you and the people you serve all benefit!

AmeriCorps Seniors - RSVP Program - This program pairs thousands of Americans aged 55 and older with organizations making changes in communities across the country.

ReadingPals - A statewide early literacy initiative that provides volunteer mentors for students from Voluntary PreKindergarten to 3rd grade who may need extra help with their reading skills.

Emergency Support Services - provides volunteers to prepare, respond and recover from any type of disaster that may affect Flagler County.

The Giving Store - Allows local children in Kindergarten - 5th grade the opportunity to select Holiday gifts for each of their household members free of charge. Goal is to teach these children the "Joy of Giving"

Blanketeers - Allows residents who have knitting and crocheting abilities an opportunity to have a positive impact on people who are facing crisis. Their handmade items are distributed to those in need.

SWAT (Support Workers Avaiable Today) Team - provides volunteer support to local special events, community activities, one-day projects or short-term assignments.
