We are excited to host a summer yard sale at our historic site on August 22, 2020 from 7 am to 12 pm. If you wish to be a vendor at our yard sale, please fill out the form below.

There is a $20 fee per vendor booth. Please note that you are responsible for the set-up, clean-up, and staffing of your booth.  Greenbank Mill Associates (GMA) will provide one 6' table and one folding chair per booth. Vendors must supply their own canopy if desired.

You must read, agree to, and sign the Terms and Conditions for Greenbank Mill Associates, Inc. 2020 Yard Sale (see link below), including all special requirements related to public health and safety due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

You must read, agree to, and sign the Waiver and Release Required for Yard Sale (see link below).

Please return both the signed Terms and Conditions and the signed Waiver and Release along with your $20 vendor fee payable to "Greenbank Mill Associates, Inc. at 500 Greenbank Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808.
