FRONTIER CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR AN ABSENTEE BALLOT FOR THE JUNE 9, 2020 VOTE & BOARD MEMBER ELECTION

Please note ballots will be mailed to all voters who are registered with the Erie County Board of Elections. If you did not receive a ballot and you meet the voter qualifications, which are:

A voter must be a citizen of the United States.
A voter must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
A voter must be a legal resident within the district for a period of thirty (30) days preceding the election at which he or she offers to vote.

You can obtain an Absentee Ballot by completing this form and it will be directed to the District Clerk.

If you are a Qualified Voter and have not received an absentee ballot, please check both of the following boxes and fill out your residence/mailing information below. *
