Please list guardians who already have a fingerprint on file at AWRSD (this process is one and done- band, natures classroom, awrsd staff, letter of suitability from another school).  *If you have never sent a fingerprint to AWRSD, please make an appointment following the HR directions and let us know the date.
Band Camp: Sunday August 13th-Friday August 18th 2023
Band Camp Cabins- overnight assignments are mostly by grade level. Please ask your student to name up to 3 people they are close with to assist OOMPA with placement.
Band Camp- one guardian per family is required to take a chaperone 'shift' (3-4 hours), all shifts MUST be covered for our Board of Health approval and OVERNIGHTS are hardest to fill.  Please check boxes when your family COULD be available to help & bring your calendar to the July 11th meeting! *

'It takes a Village' and there are lots of ways to help out before/after band camp!  
FALL SEASON- In addition to chaperones, OOMPA needs adults to help out in many areas of the organization, please check areas in which your family would be interested in helping (no experience needed for most jobs).  Use the "other" box to list special talents/connections. *

Join us for our first parent meeting of the season during rehearsal on July 11th at 7pm, look for OOMPA members in the Oakmont music area.  Bring your paperwork and OOMPA fees with you! *
