Neighborhood Food Truck Request Form
We are now coming into your neighborhood and provide take-out orders. We have a few questions before we can send a truck into your area.

- We need a host from each neighborhood/community that would like to participate and spread the word in your community!
- We require a $500 minimum which is about 40 people/families to join in at each location.
- All Hampton Roads Cities are welcome!

Hampton Roads Food Truck Association will create a rotation of one licensed truck to come out to visit once or twice a week - over 40 small business owners ready to serve our community!
