In consideration of the services of SANDBOX TRAINING GROUND PTE. LTD., its directors, employees, volunteers, participants, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on its behalf, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sandbox Training Ground”, I hereby agree to release and discharge Sandbox Training Ground on behalf on myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, representatives, successors, executors, administrators and assigns as follows:

Assumption of Risk:

I acknowledge that the entry, use of equipment and facilities, and all related activities within Sandbox Training Ground is not without risk. The inherent risks & danger, both known and unknown, could result in physical injuries, paralysis, death, damages to my property, and injuries to other users.
Such risks include, but are not limited to, rope abrasions, carpet abrasions, ankle sprains, collisions, and the negligence of participants, spectators and other users of the facility.

Release and Indemnification:

I agree to accept and assume all of the risks and inherent dangers of activities offered by Sandbox Training Ground and am well-aware of the risks involved.
I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and I elect to participate in spite of the risks of bodily injury or death occurring in connecting with my use of any of the equipment or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily waive, release, discharge and agree to indemnify and hold Sandbox Training Ground harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, cost, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements on a full indemnity basis) directly or indirectly caused to Sandbox Training Ground.

Notice of Filming and Photography:

I am aware that by entering Sandbox Training Ground, I have entered an area where photography, video, and audio recording may occur.
I give permission for Sandbox Training Ground to take and store audio-visual footage (photography, videography, audio recording) of myself and/or my children to be used for Sandbox Training Ground’s programmes, training, and promotional purposes.
