The City has created Open for Business signs to assist in identifying essential businesses that are open during the Shelter in Place Order. This will allow residents to easily spot the green signs in windows throughout town, and instantly know which businesses are there to provide them with essential needs during this time.

If you are an essential business, as defined by the current Alameda County Health Officer Order,
operating in Pleasanton during the Shelter in Place Order and would like a sign at no charge, please complete the following form.

As ofJune 8, face coverings are mandatory in Alameda County. Employees must wear a face covering when in the workplace except when in a private space or area not regularly used by others or when preparing food or other items for sale or distribution to people outside their household. Businesses are also required to remind customers or visitors to wear face coverings while inside or waiting in line to enter their business.
