Resin Rose BJD Expo Panel/Workshop Form 2024

Panelist Application- PLEASE COMPLETELY FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW. WE CANNOT USE INFORMATION ON PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED FORMS.

By applying to be a Panelist at Resin Rose BJD Expo you will agree that:

1. There will be no displaying of recast or bootleg items. Please initial that you’ve read and agreed with our recast policy (http://resinrosebjd.com/policies.html) below.

2.You must agree to our terms of service found on the application of our membership page (http://resinrosebjd.com/member-registration.html) below.

3.You must remain with your panel for the entirety of the class. You must not leave your class unattended at any time.

4.If your class requires a fee, you must let us know in advance so we can have it posted on our website and program.

5.If your class requires a fee, you are responsible for collecting the fees.

6.If you are running a panel that requires judge(s), you must have the judge(s) selected prior to your panel. The judge(s) must attend your panel or be given a time to show up to your panel.

7.You are responsible for providing the materials for your class. If there is a supply list required by the class, please include the supply list in advance.

8.You must arrive to your panel on time and vacate the classroom by the end of your dedicated time slot.

9.You must clean up after your class. 

10. Resin Rose BJD Expo will not be running pre-sign ups. Panels are first come, first serve unless personal pre-sign-up info is provided. We will put the link to your sign up info on our website

11.If your class is limited in size, please let us know, so we can post the information on our website and program.

12.Resin Rose BJD Expo and Monarch Hotel and Conference Center are not liable for any damage, stolen, injury or loss to any person or goods that may arise from rental or occupation of venue by the expo.

13.Resin Rose BJD Expo and Monarch Hotel Conference Center reserves the rights to implement a mask requirement and/or proof of vaccinations or negative COVID-19 tests at any time. Refunds will not be given due to COVID-19 requirements.

Panelist Membership includes a 2-day pass. Dinner Pass, PJ Party VIP Pass and Swap are an extra cost. If you are a vendor applying for a panel we will deduct the cost of a 2-day pass off your total. If you have already paid for a pass or table we will not be able to refund you. We can upgrade your pass to a 3-day pass or you can transfer your free pass to someone else.

Resin Rose BJD Expo will let you know as soon as possible if your application for a panel is accepted. Completed applications designates your understanding and agreement to our terms of service.
