REFUND POLICY:
In the unlikely event a school trip is cancelled either by the school, a third party, or through extenuating circumstances, WGHS will endeavour to seek a refund of any deposit or full payment paid to an external party (such as flights or accommodation) on behalf of our students. Please note there may be situations where external parties are legally entitled to retain partial or full payment – in the case of a late cancellation, or binding agreement terms, for instance. In these situations, WGHS agrees to recover as much of the cost as practicable, however the school is not liable if a full refund is unattainable.

Student Declaration: I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by Westlake Girls on the School website while I am representing the school at all times.

Parent/Caregiver Declaration: I agree to my daughter participating in Cycling and will be responsible for her transport and supervision.

Parent/Caregiver Declaration: I give permission for my daughter to be photographed and/or videoed for promotional or broadcast purposes while at the event.

Parent/Caregiver Declaration: I agree to the refund policy stated in this form.
