Programming Proposals RMMG2019!
Let's vision and co-create this Member Gathering together! What do you want to see? What might you want to lead? We're looking to plant some seeds of inspiration - although we would appreciate as much detail as you can provide at this time, don't worry if you don't have a fully fleshed out plan yet.

Some nitty gritty:
- Sessions should be about 1.5 hours in length. See our draft agenda here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1W2D5ko-hk_3evEnvs_Elh2PIWIx6VBO-5aBd09j_56s/edit?usp=sharing
- Be creative with space! Sessions can take place outside of our venue within the Regent Park neighbourhood
- You will have access to projectors, WiFi, & whiteboards. If special materials are required, let's talk about it!
- There are two main breakout session streams that we are focusing on:
1) Knowledge Sharing
2) RM Strategy
If your proposal falls outside of these two categories, please don't limit your imagination! We want to hear your ideas!

After we receive your proposals (by July 29th please!), we will have members and registrants vote on what they are most interested in and decide on programming that reflects our collective needs and wishes. We'll get back to you by early August either way :)

This is a volunteer initiative, however, RM has a compensation policy for members sharing their expertise and knowledge relating to their lived experience of a marginalized identity. For details, please read: https://docs.google.com/document/d/15CW9AeR7FhJJBVqTG-5tQJni2J54X6wjuva8FrwvfpI
