HOPKINS INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS, INC. | DATA PRIVACY AGREEMENT

Hopkins International Partners, Inc. recognizes responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data collected, recorded, organized, updated, used, consolidated, or destructed from participating Members of Management, Faculty, Staff, and Students of the Malayan Colleges Laguna.

Personal data obtained from the TOEIC® - Test of English for International Communications, and TOEFL®- Test of English as a Foreign Language Administrations, are entered and stored within Hopkins International Partners Inc.’s authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed and made available to the authorized personnel of the Hopkins International Partners, Inc., and of the Malayan Colleges Laguna.
 
Hopkins International Partners, Inc. have instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of the participating Members of Management, Faculty, Staff, and Students of the Malayan Colleges Laguna personal data.

Furthermore, the information collected and stored in Hopkins International Partners Inc.’s authorized information and communications system shall only be used for the following purposes:

1. Collection, processing, and reporting of pertinent data related to the gathered information during the administration of TOEIC® - Test of English for International Communications, and/ TOEFL®- Test of English as a Foreign Language, under certain conditions as required by law.

2. Announcements / promotions of events, programs, courses and other activities offered / organized by the Malayan Colleges Laguna, and/ Hopkins International Partners Inc. relating to the TOEIC®- Test of English for International Communications, and/ TOEFL®- Test of English as a Foreign Language.

Hopkins International Partners Inc. commits to the nondisclosure of personal information of the participating Members of Management, Faculty, Staff, and Students’ without their consent, and shall retain this information over a period of two (2) years for the effective implementation and management of data collected during the administration of the TOEIC®- Test of English for International Communications, and/ TOEFL®- Test of English as a Foreign Language.

TEST TAKER CONSENT

I have read the Hopkins International Partners Inc. Data Privacy Statement and express consent for the company to collect, record, organize, update or modify, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase or destruct collected information for participating in the test administration.

I hereby affirm my right to be informed, object to processing, access and rectify, suspend or withdraw any of my related personal data, and the same be indemnified in case of damages pursuant to the provisions of the Republic Act No. 10173 of the Philippines, Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its corresponding Implementing Rules and Regulations.
