To train the future leaders of DOC NC, the leadership team is allowing people to work closely with members of the leadership team to learn how we operate and what responsibilities we have. The goal is for shadows to learn the importance of each job, and how to properly execute it.

If you get the position, you must be proactive. Ask your mentor to assign you work, ask what they are doing, and be in communication. It is your responsibility to approach them first.
