We are so excited to introduce Driveway Groups ("DGs") this year! Although we are navigating waters unlike anything we've ever seen before, our hope and prayer is to make it a semester that gives your students a safe opportunity for relational moments with leaders and peers to grow in their walks with Jesus!

These groups will take place at a WU/CP Member's driveway/backyard. The hosts will accommodate a safe space for the DG to meet together for small group time while practicing social distancing.

Safety protocols (will be monitored weekly and are subject to change):
- All students and leaders are required to wear a mask at all times, we will have some on-site if a student doesn't have one.
- We will practice 6ft social distancing at all times.
- Students will clean their hands upon arrival.
- Each Host Home will be provided cleaning materials.
- We want to avoid students entering the host home (DGs will take place outside in front yard, backyard or driveway) but if students need to use bathroom they will do so one at a time
- We ask that your student brings his or her own chair or blanket for them and them only to sit on.
- No food or drink at DGs.
- Every activity will be based on social distancing standards.
- When picking up your student we ask that you text your student and/or leader and your student will come to you.

Once this form is submitted, we will reach out to you and confirm where your student's DG will be meeting at and who their leader will be this semester! Feel free to forward this form to others. Your student can and is encouraged to invite friends to their DGs. This form helps us be prepared and make sure we maintain the safest small group possible.
