Saturday, May 18: 12pm – 9pm 

The All Roads Music Festival is a 2-Day celebration of Maine indie music talent, featuring 40+ music performances, panels, and workshops in venues throughout Belfast. The event is a production of the non-profit Arts Incubator, Launchpad. There are different vendor opportunities available, and our goal is to place a limited number of vendors in unique areas to maximize their exposure to festival foot traffic.

Please fill out the form below, and we will be in touch with you to confirm if we can include you in this years event and what placement will work best for your needs.

The deadline to apply for 2024 is April 12. Vendors will be notified no later than April 26.

Vendor Fees

Retail / Info Vendor Fee: $40 fee
(i.e. Tabling / Info Booth / Artist / Crafts / Farmers Market)

Food Vendors: $250

*includes space (determined by organizer), coordination with staff and promotion. Please provide your own table or 10x10 tent if desired. No electric or water provided unless coordinated.

**Once Vendor Applications are received and approved, payment can be made via Check, PayPal, or by Credit Card. Info on making  payments will be sent to approved Vendors!
