Please use this form to request a STEMteachersNYC Summer Workshop invoice.
Once an invoice request is received, our finance manager will forward the invoice to the contact you provide. Public schools must then confirm receipt and intent to pay via PO prior to the start of the workshop. Private/independent schools must submit payment prior to the start of the workshop.
Our program manager will then send each attendee a code to register for the workshop(s) requested.
