** The Church of England places the utmost importance on safeguarding, seeking always to promote and protect the welfare of adults and children.  Any disclosures received during the duration of the confernce  will be treated with sensitivity and care.  Confidentiality cannot always be guaranteed and small group facilitators or group participants may feel it necessary to convey information to the Director of Discipleship & Ministry.  Further sharing of this information with our Safeguarding Officer will only occur as and when the Direct of Discipleship & Mnistry deems it necessary (or in the absence of the Director of Discipleship & Ministry).
