This form is to express your organization's interest in taking on a placement from the Canada Life Young Leaders program. A "Young Leader" (aged 18-24) will be matched with your organization to serve as an ex-officio board member.

Typically the placement period lasts from September-April, but you are free to extend this or ratify them as a voting member at any time.
