Thank you for your interest in serving Camp Oak Hill ("COH") through volunteering as medical staff during summer camp!

We see the role of our Medical Staff as two-fold. One, to serve COH well, with professional, caring, kind medical professionals. We are American Camp Association accredited and require medical staff on-site during camp and need your skills! Secondly, we desire for our Medical Staff to be blessed as a result of spending a week at Camp Oak Hill. While serving a week at camp is certainly not a vacation, there is ample opportunity to receive many blessings through serving our campers and staff, participating in camp events, and making the most of the quiet time away from the "real world" :)

Medical Staff Campers

As part of volunteering your time as COH Medical Staff, we offer a Medical Staff Trade for campers to attend camp.

PLEASE READ OUR MEDICAL STAFF TRADE POLICY: Camp Oak Hill will trade your week of volunteering at camp for a voucher of ONE week of 2023 COH Summer Camp. We ask that this voucher be used for your child or grandchild only. Other campers need to submit payment for camp fees or apply for a campership.

Medical Staff are expected to work the full session that they sign up for in order to receive the trade of a week of camp for their child. We will make an occasional exception (if approved in advance) if the days missed are made up by working additional check-in days.

PLEASE also visit our website (www.campoakhill.org) to enroll your campers in our system. This will ensure we lock in their spot at camp. We will apply the medical staff trade to their account to reflect a $0 balance as soon as you are accepted as a volunteer. You MUST enroll your campers in order for us to apply this trade.
