2022/2023 DEVELOPMENT SQUAD APPLICATION
INFORMATION
The purpose of the Development Squad is prepare athletes to compete at Nationals and to build on their training from the previous season. Development Squad athletes have access to fee-based provincial camps. Development Squad athletes are expected to participate in all Development Squad programming and camps.

Once named to the Squad, athletes must sign BiBC's Athlete Agreement and register with Canadian Sport Institute Pacific if eligible.

EQUIPMENT
Equipment required for Development Squad camps (please note that this is not a comprehensive list. A full packing list will be circulated before each camp):
- biathlon rifle and ammo
- harness on rifle
- skate and classic roller skis and helmet
- skate and classic poles with roller ski tips
- skate and classic skis and poles
- appropriate training clothes for all weather conditions

CAMP DATES AND LOCATIONS
April 29 (arrive at 3pm) - May 3 (end at noon): Whistler
July 5 (arrival TBA) - July 10 (end at noon): Prince George
Aug 21 (arrival TBA) - Aug 28 (end at noon): Whistler
Nov 15 (arrival TBA) - Nov 20 (end at noon): Vernon
