2022-2023 School Year Enrollment for the Little Cougars Pre-K Program at Cougar Run

Please complete this form to submit your application for enrollment in the Little Cougars program for the
2022-2023 school year. Your application will be reviewed once you have completed a tour of the Little Cougars Program. We will review all applications and let you know if a spot is offered to your family. Once a space has been offered to you, you will receive a link (in the spring) to set up a parent portal account in our SchoolCareWorks system, and for licensing purposes, we need you to complete the enrollment process through the portal no later than 24 hours prior to your child's first day in the program. Your child will be scheduled to start our program in August 2022 (or the day they turn 3 years 9 months old) for the 2022-2023 school year. We may have openings for the summer as well, and we will inform you of those openings as they become available. This is a first come, first serve process and all applications will be time stamped. If our program fills to capacity, we will then create a wait list from the time stamped applications as well as use the enrollment criteria for future placement.
