About Everlasting:
Everlasting Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit organization that hosts weekend conferences, day events, weeklong retreats, and Bible Studies for girls in 6th - 12th grade. The ministry has hosted events in Northeast Georgia (Toccoa area) since 2016 and began hosting events in Northwest Georgia (Summerville area) in the summer of 2022.
Everlasting Girls’ Conference is a weekend getaway for girls in 6th-12th grade that is filled with Bible Studies, worship, games, crafts, bonfires, s'mores, and many other fun activities that encompass and teach life-changing Truths about God’s Love.
A counselor at the Everlasting Conference is in charge of supervising a group of girls for the entire weekend. She will lead small group discussions, sleep in the cabin with the girls, supervise some of the activities and spend time with them during any free time.
The 2024 Everlasting Conference for Northeast Georgia is March 8th-10th at North Georgia Christian Camp in Clarkesville, GA. Counselors are expected to be at the conference the entire weekend.
The 2024 Everlasting Conference for Northwest Georgia is March 22nd-24th at Pigeon Mountain Crossing in LaFayette, GA. Counselors are expected to be at the conference the entire weekend.
Depending on your availability, you can be a counselor for the Northeast or Northwest Georgia conference or both.
Before someone is selected to be a counselor, an interview is required and all counselors must sign a statement agreeing to our Doctrinal Beliefs (found on our website-

There will also be a mandatory counselor training in early spring. (February 24, 2024)
Counselors will also be expected to provide a background check once offered position.
