TTC Ltd. warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

1) For a period of 10 years from the date of original purchase,  TTC Ltd will at no charge, repair or replace defective parts of the product.
2) Limited warranty applies to all components and parts of the product.
3) This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, rust or normal wear. This warranty excludes colorfastness of white trees or any frosting and durability of any pre-attached pine cones.
4) This limited warranty is valid world-wide. Ten year warranty applies on tree only. One year year warranty only on any pre-attached lights , assuming maximum of ten hours/day, one month/year.
5) This tree is for indoor use only. Any other use will invalidate the warranty.

To obtain Warranty Service: You must notify the store you purchased the Tree from or alternatively TTC Ltd by mail or phone (02 9684 6600), the nature and description of the defect, enclosing Proof of Purchase, either Sale Receipt or Bill of Sale, date of purchase, name of store or company from which purchased and price paid. You will then be instructed as to what part or parts of the product you should ship, pre-paid to TTC Ltd for replacement or repair.

Repair or Replacement as provided by this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer, and does not place TTC Ltd. liable for any incidental or consequential damages. To register your purchase, the above registration must be submitted within 30 days (or according to local laws). The warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
