Easiest way to reimburse the Troop? *

When it's time to collect money from families for what the troop pays for -- what is the easiest way to do that?

I bank with a Credit Union, and can do an External Funds Transfer - ICU, WECU, BECU

I can drop it off at the nearest KeyBank, and send Christine a picture of the receipt.

I need to write a check, and mail it to someone to deposit it to KeyBank.

None of these awesome options work for me, I need to be sent an invoice from Square, and pay by card.
