South Asian Cultural Association of Sunnyvale (SACAS), a 501c3 nonprofit, will be organizing its annual Diwali Festival at the Sunnyvale Community Center on Oct 15, 2022 10AM - 5PM. This event is being organized in partnership with the City of Sunnyvale and Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce.
The event will have cultural shows, vendor booths, kids zone, food trucks and much more. The event is expected to attract 2000+ visitors
For vendors, SACAS will provide a tent, table and chairs. Vendors can bring an extra table if they wish. Vendors interested in setting a booth at the event should submit this form and someone from the event organizing group will be in touch with you to confirm your booking.
There are limited number of outdoor spots available and will be assigned on a First-come-first-served basis.
Charges:
Indoor - Free booth for non-profits** at Ball room (limited spots)
Outdoor Tent - On Lawn- $150
**Nonprofit: Must submit proof of nonprofit paperwork
- Approved vendors can bring their own business banner no longer than 6ft to display on the table.
- Personal or corporate cheques may be accepted only up until October 1st. Payments will be accepted online or via cashier’s cheque.
- All payments must be made in full to reserve your spot.
- All orders are final. No refunds will be granted once payment is made or processed
- There will be no access to power outlets and vendors should plan for alternate options for power source if required
- Vendors may come an hour early to setup the booth. There is no special assigned parking spots for vendors.
- Vendors responsible for their own trash
