1) Grant of admission is confirmed through a written reply to you. Completion of this enrolment form
does not guarantee admission and enrolment on courses.
2) The above fee does not include initial registration fees or exam fees or any other direct levies payable
to ACCA, Glasgow, U.K
3)  The course fee includes and covers the cost of tuition, PFTglobal study notes, a question bank and
applicable taxes (GST). The fees is payable at the start of the course through bank
transfer or cheque or DD on confirmation of admission.
4)   Any course cancellations must be communicated in writing at least one week before course
commencement and any subsequent cancellations will not be considered.
5) Fees once paid are non-refundable. In the event of course cancellations within the timeframe
prescribed in (4) above, any fee paid for the course shall be available as credit in the account of the
student and can be used for a subsequent course booking for courses available within the next 6
months. No course cancellations or course transfers are possible once courses have commenced.
6) For students wishing to defer a course after commencement, it will be possible to defer classes to the
subsequent exam sitting the same paper (course) is being offered provided a deferral request is
provided in writing within 3 weeks of commencement of the course. Any deferral request received
subsequent to 3 weeks of the first day of the commencement of the course shall not be considered for
a free deferral.
7)  The course fee quoted above are standard course fees. Wherever early bird discounts are applicable),
students can avail the discounted course fee by enrolling for the course of their choice and making the
full fee payment before the communicated early bird course fee deadline. The early bird fee payments
shall be subject to the same rules mentioned in (5) and (6) above with regards to refunds and
deferrals.
8) The timetable for the above courses is available in a separate document. The institute reserves the
right to revise these dates with sufficient prior notice in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
9) By providing your personal details on this form, you express irrevocable consent for Phoenix to access your results through the ACCA results service for the courses you are enrolled for.
10) By completing this enrolment form and agreeing to the terms and conditions listed in this enrolment,
you are deemed to have read and acknowledged the privacy policy of Phoenix Institute for Financial
Training, which is enclosed as a part of this document.

Phoenix Institute for Financial Training respects and is committed to taking necessary action to protect the
privacy of information shared by candidates enrolling for any courses. Individually identifiable information
pertaining to a candidate is not willfully disclosed to any third parties without first receiving the candidate’s
permission, unless:
1. It is necessary to comply with any valid legal statute or regulation, or in connection with a legal
proceeding with a view to protecting or defending the legal rights or property of Phoenix, or with a
view to preventing or investigating any suspected illegal or fraudulent activities that jeopardize the
property & rights of Phoenix or violate the terms and conditions agreed to by the candidate in relation
to services provided.
2. In ‘specific circumstances’ where uploading such an act is necessary for the provision of the service
which the candidate has enrolled to avail. Such circumstances may include uploading student data as a
part of ACCA results service, in communications with authorized representatives of ACCA, uploading
student contact details on technology platforms which are used for delivery of courses or for testing of
students.
Phoenix Institute for Financial Training shall in the normal course of business use the contact details provided
by the candidate for the purpose of communications regarding services of Phoenix that the candidate has
enrolled to avail. The means of communication shall include emails, whatsapp and text messages. Further
from time to time, Phoenix shall also send other communications relating to related products and services
offered by Phoenix that may be of interest to the candidate. The candidate retains full rights to provide
written notice to Phoenix to unsubscribe from such future communication.
