Baseline councussion testing is required for incoming freshman and any student participating in a sport at North for the first time. All athletes must take this test once in their high school career prior to participation.  

Concussion Test Date:  Wednesday, July 27th - 4:15 p.m.  Please register by completing the following.

Testing will be done in computer lab #2007.  Please report 5 minutes prior to test time. Approximate test time is 30 to 45 minutes.
