Teen Book Box Survey
Thank you for joining in on the Teen Book Box program from Oxford County Library. We hope you liked your box and the book we chose for you. Did you love it? Did we get it totally wrong? We want to know!

In order to receive your next box please fill out this survey and let us know how we did. You won't hurt our feelings - this helps us make better book selections for you in the future. The more information we have the better! We will get to work on the summer boxes in July, and will contact you when the next box is ready for pick up at your branch (mid-July 2024). Please note, registration is capped at 100 participants and registration will close once we've reached capacity.
