While you struggle with difficult teachings, we encourage you to join us for reunions, talk support days, and follow-ups. Before each TEC, team members gather to build community and prepare for the upcoming weekend. These formations are vital and usually take place 1-6pm EST at St Mary's in Ireland on 3 of the four Sundays prior to the TEC weekend. Do you have commitments that would prevent you from working the whole weekend (Friday night through Monday) and attending formations?

We are so excited that you are interested in working a TEC weekend. We usually request a donation of $40 to help cover costs of the weekend, but we have lots of benefactors who would love to cover your cost if funds are an issue for you.

Funds are not a problem, and I plan to pay $40 during formations.
