All sessions include a meditation exercise, individual writing prompts, large Group discussions and activities.

Dates: June 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th
Time: 4:30PM - 6:30PM (PST)

Session 1: Sourcing our emotions and desires to create impactful pieces.

Session 2: Adding vibrance and color to our truth through story telling and technique.

Session 3: Bringing authenticity and depth to our performances and poetic readings.

Session 4: Balancing truth telling and wellness through performance, prep, and self-care.
