Rooms can be reserved in the Lee Norvelle Theatre and Drama Center. Priority is given in the following order: Theatre and Dance faculty and graduate students, Department-affiliated student groups, Department-approved Independent Projects, Theatre and Dance majors and minors, and all others. Different constituencies may have different rooms available to reserve.
Room reservations are limited to four hours per day. In general, room reservations can only be made between 48 hours and 7 days in advance. Last minute reservations will not be honored except for Theatre and Dance faculty and graduate students.
The theatre spaces (Ruth N. Halls Theatre and Wells-Metz Theatre) are not available for reservations at any time. Use of the Studio Theatre is reserved only for Independent Projects, Department faculty/staff, and Theatre graduate student use.
A201, A151, and A152 are not Department-controlled spaces and must be reserved through the Registrar. The Neal Marshall Grand Hall, Bridgwaters Lounge, and the Neal Marshall dance studios must be reserved through the Neal Marshall Black Culture Center website.
