During this short course you will have opportunity to meet Birthing Well Doula Agency team and gain wisdom around labor and delivery comfort measures that will equip you for the big day. Feel free to bring your spouse/partner or even your doula.

Please bring your birth ball and yoga mat if you have one & any questions you may have. If you already have a birth plan, feel free to bring that as well.

Birth workers are welcome to attend but we do ask you purchase a ticket.
