Thanks for your interest in joining our Refton Church family! In this class you'll learn about the core values of Refton Church through our Brethren In Christ Membership Covenant. This covenant outlines what membership at Refton means. We'll take you through several short videos that explain each line in the membership covenant. We're asking that you would watch all the videos and answer some questions along the way.

This class takes somewhere between 1.5 - 2 hours to complete. If you use the same login information, this form will save your progress so that you can come back to it if you need a break. Once you're finished with the class, as a final step, Pastor Scott will reach out to you to set up a short meeting.

Baptism

Refton Church is part of the Brethren In Christ denomination. We believe that baptism should be an individual decision sometime after a person puts their faith in Jesus. The BIC also has roots in the "Anabaptist" (meaning "baptized again") movement. If you were baptized as an infant, we would be honored to baptize you again with what we call a believers baptism. Baptism is required for membership in a BIC church.
