Thank you again for your interest in visiting the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston! This form is used to submit an electronic tour request for school groups. If you are not a school group and would like more information about bringing a group to the Museum, please visit https://www.mfah.org/visit/group-visits/. You can also call 713.800.5363.

Submission of a tour request does not constitute a reservation or confirmation of your tour. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed. Please allow 5 business days for your request to be processed. If you have not received a response after that time, contact schooltours@mfah.org for assistance. Do not submit duplicate requests. All requests must be competed through this process.

Please respond with the name of your school, college, university, or educational organization.
School District *
Please use the "ISD" abbreviation, as in "Houston ISD" or "Lamar Consolidated ISD". If you are from a college or university, please respond "College".
Grade Level *
Please respond using a number or range of numbers. Fourth graders would be "4", a mixed elementary group could be "K-5". If you are from a college or university, please respond "College".
Number of Students *
IMPORTANT: Provide the MAXIMUM estimate for the number of students that you plan to bring. Please be as precise as possible, but overestimates are strongly preferred. This information is critical for student safety in the Museum. Inaccurate responses may result in cancellation of your tour. Our maximum capacity for one group is 80 students, if you have more than 80 students you will need to book separate visits for 2 or more smaller groups. Groups must be 10 students or more.
Number of Teachers/Chaperones *
Provide the number of teachers and parent chaperones that will be attending with your group. We ask that you bring 1 teacher/chaperone per 10 students. Chaperones are also provided free or discounted admission, provided that they stay with their groups.

I understand that my tour reservation will reflect this information. I am responsible for communicating any changes to the Museum by emailing tours@mfah.org as soon as possible. Changes to my reservation made less than one week away from the tour date will not be honored. I acknowledge that due to the high volume of school tour requests, the Museum is not able to deviate from the conditions outlined in this form.
