Mainframe is a Cyberpunk and Sci-Fi themed event. This is the application for our 9th round which opens in January 2024.
This is the 5th anniversary round of the event! To celebrate, we would like to provide gifts to the shoppers. We are asking you if you would like to provide a gift as well. This could be a new item, re-colour, or an older item.

▬ ANY STORES WITH ANY COPYRIGHT AND/OR IP (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY) INFRINGEMENT CONTENT WILL BE DENIED. NO EXCEPTIONS. ▬
▬ We do accept Adult stores, but please keep it classy.
▬ YES to stores with fun accessories, toys, etc... BDSM is welcome as long as it fits theme.
▬ NO to anything against LL ToS or any items seen as extreme.
▬ If you have any question about whether your item(s) are acceptable, please feel free to ask us.
▬ We allow adult products and because of this, we cannot accept any stores selling products for children/child avatars.
▬ All event items need to be original mesh.

▬ A gift box will be provided in the designer kit for the 5th Anniversary round. Gifts can be a new item, re-colour, or an older item.
▬ MUST have at least 1 new event exclusive item.
▬ NO discounts are required on new items, but are optional.
▬ As gachas are now banned in Second Life, we do not allow gachas.
▬ We do accept alternatives as long as they are not disruptive to the event (ie. no talking in local chat).
▬ All items MUST be in a Cyberpunk or Sci-Fi theme or your out of theme items may be returned.
▬ We allow older items, all in theme, but they MUST be a minimum of 25% off. Anything more is entirely up to you.
▬ The amount of gacha-alternative allowed systems depends on your booth size. Please see Booths/Fees below. We do NOT allow gacha-alternatives that use hover text, spam local chat for everyone, makes sounds, or shouts.
▬ Please put the event poster out at your store, which will be sent with the Designer Pack.
▬ You will be invited to the designer group once you have been accepted. If you do not receive your group invite within 24 hours of payment, please contact one our staff, which will be listed in an acceptance kit.
▬ If you have a Marketplace only store, we will consider your work, however we may ask to see some of your work rezzed out for us to look at in world.
▬ We have a fantastic blogger team and ask that you provide a blogger pack for your exclusive item(s), with full perm ADs included.
▬ We use a white list system so only those listed (our blog team) will have access to the blog packs.
▬ We will provide a demo area for larger objects. This will be free of charge. If you object/build will be higher than 250LI or larger than the space provided, please contact us first.
▬ If you are going to be late, or have other issues, you MUST contact one of the team to let us know what is going on. If we do not hear from you, you may be replaced with a designer on the waiting list.

All booth sizes comes with coverage on the website and full event poster. The event will be covered by GridAffairs, Seraphim, L'Homme Magazine (Paid banners/application pending for full coverage), Flickr, Facebook, multiple in-world groups. Advertising locations will be updated and more added closer to the event.
