The CAB Challenge is part of the District's efforts to foster School Connectedness by  establishing a formal structure that will  ensure that each scholar is connected to a Caring Adult in the Building (CAB) who will support his/her educational experiences. 

Scholars, complete this form and  name at least three adults in your school builiding that you will like to support (help) you and work with you as your Caring Adult in the building (CAB).
