Thank you for helping your child to participate in our pup naming contest for Mexican gray wolves. We are sending you this parental consent form to both inform you and to request permission for your child’s artwork/essay and personally identifiable information to be published on our website (mexicanwolves.org), Facebook page (www.facebook.com/mexicangraywolves), Instagram page (www.instagram.com/lobosofthesouthwest), and Twitter page (https://twitter.com/MexicanWolves). Your permission is not required for your child to participate, but this completed form is required for participation.

We would like to publicize all of the entries, including essays and artwork on our website, Facebook page, Instagram page, and Twitter page. With your permission, we may also display artwork and essays in future press materials and at public events. Please fill out the consent form below and return to namelobopups@mexicanwolves.org.

We would also like to send out press releases in the winners’ communities, and to regional and possibly national news sources. We would like to highlight the winning children and their entries in the press releases. Please answer yes or no for all items below:
