Hi,  
Thank you for your interest in helping make Latch Ford Big Locals - Big Come back festival a success.  Without your support it wouldn't be possible to provide days such as this to the community.  

Event date: 23/7/22
Set up time: 9:00-12:00
Event Time (for the public): 12:00-15:00
Exit/packing up time: 15:00-17:30
Event location: Westy Park, Latchford, Warrington, WA4 1TA
Travel: We encourage you to walk or use public transport. If you require parking, there is on street parking close to the park.  Please note: the car park will not be available for parking.

Roles Available:

Event Marshall:  Event Marshalls are a great role for somebody who likes to ensure the place is safe, fun and exciting for all guests. You will be the first point of call for guests to seek help when needed.  You will look great in your high-vis will a friendly smile and a warm welcoming nature. This role offers set up support, support during the event and/or helping to clear down and exit the park at the end of the event.

Entertainment: We are really keen to seek the brilliant talent that you have to offer. If you want to offer entertainment at the event in any style this could include workshops, walkabout performances, or if you have other ideas get in touch.  We would love to have you on board making Latch Ford the most creative area in Warrington.

Consultation: knowing what the community wants and needs ensures that what we, and our partners work towards is useful, appropriate and of course needed.  We will have a small selection of roles which will include consultation.  This role will be people facing, initiating conversations and having meaningful chats with the people that attend the event. You will then hand in the information you collect at the end of the day.
