The newly established Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference Alumni Association leadership invites you to complete this brief interest survey if you would like to connect with other alumni and/or stay connected and help expand the reach and impact of Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference. This association was formed and organized by current alumni and soon-to-be alumni that who want to be involved in highlighting where alumni are now and what they are doing, providing a network for alumni to connect with each other and current Hands4Hope participants, and planning activities and initiatives with Hands4Hope alumni. 

The mission of the Hands4Hope Alumni Association is to: Build an actively engaged community of Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference alumni to help expand the organization's reach and impact

Our objectives are to:
1.) Promote opportunities for involvement and connection in the Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference Alumni Association
2.) Create avenues for Hands4Hope  - Youth Making A Difference alumni to share their stories
3.) Encourage Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference alumni to participate in leadership development opportunities with Board committees and other initiatives
4.) Provide a mentorship network for Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference alumni with youth leaders and participants
