I consent to the use of my image in photographic and film materials created during the event by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. At the same time, I authorize Wrocław University of Science and Technology to decide on the form and time of broadcasting my image contained in the materials. I have no objections to using the film as a material encouraging the public to take advantage of the activities of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Consent is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the meeting.
