We are so excited to welcome you to our Teen Madrichim program!
Our Teen Madrichim program is a paid opportunity for your
teens to serve as classroom aides and Hebrew tutors in our Saturday religious
school and Wednesday Hebrew School programs. We will work to match each teen with the right student or group
of students to serve as additional classroom support, 1:1 Hebrew tutor, and
role model for our younger students. Through this program, your teens will
learn leadership skills and gain job experience in a safe environment as well
as participate in an impressive activity to add to their resumes and college
applications. Plus, they will be giving back an important service to the Temple
of Aaron community.
We pay our madrichim based on their grades at the following rates:
7th-8th Grade: $15/session
9th-10th Grade: $18/session
11th-12th Grade: $25/session
