MONTHLY PAYMENT ADD-ON REQUEST

Dear Parents with children in competitive programming, FGC would like to offer something new for the 2023/24 season to help alleviate the financial pressures of coming up with the extra funds outside of your monthly fees. These additional competitive costs typically include: Competition registration fees, bodysuits, sweaters, etc.

You will now have the option to add on a lump sum at the beginning of the year, this amount would then be divided by 10 and added to your monthly payment plan.

Example: (estimated prices only, we do not have prices for the next year):

Monthly Membership $215.00 original payment
3 competitions averaging $130 = $390.00/season

Bodysuit = $145.00

Sweater = $55.00

Total estimated costs= $590 You could then request $600 be added onto to your yearly fees
$600/10 Months = $60 a month added to your monthly payment

New monthly payment $275.00

If your costs go above what you have added to your fees, admin would contact you and payment would be collected/added to your account at that time. If you have a balance remaining, it would be stored as a credit on your account.

We will be trying a new volunteer system to help cover the fundraising fee(s), please do not add those totals to your estimated numbers unless you do not intend to volunteer and would like to pay the fee.

I would like to Skip payment at this time, and use fundraising and Volunteer duties to complete my requirement. I understand that I must have a card on file or give a Post -dated cheque (June 30,2024) in the amount of the deposit. If requirements have not been met by June 30,2024 then payment will be processed. If I withdraw from the program and have not met the requirements, I will be required to pay the deposit on or before the last day of my programming.
