Full Season: $220 for the entire season (22 market days)

Per Diem: $15 per market day attended

Inventory of Items Sold

Vendors must submit a comprehensive inventory list of items to be sold at the market in their application. Please describe each item you intend to sell at the market below. List category and types of vegetables, fruits, herbs, baked goods, jams, preserves, honey, syrup, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, eggs, or non-food items.

Vendor Agreement

You must read the Vendor Guidelines for 2024 before submitting this application. The Vendor Guidelines are linked here.
For the purposes of this agreement, "CGFM" refers to "Church Green Farmers Market."

By providing my e-signature below, I acknowledge the following: *

I have read and agreed to all the policies contained in the CGFM Vendor Guidelines and will make any necessary changes to comply with those policies as requested by the CGFM Market Manager. I understand that the CGFM reserves the right to revise these guidelines as necessary for market operations.

I will comply with all applicable state and local requirements pertaining to the CGFM.

I understand that the Taunton Board of Health may have requirements pertaining to my operation. I will obtain all necessary licenses and permits from the City of Taunton.

I agree to attend the market during the 2024 season according to my fee schedule.

I agree to respect and maintain the property of First Parish Church in Taunton, including, but not limited to, removing all my trash after each vending day.

I agree to defend, hold harmless, indemnify, release and forever discharge, First Parish Church in Taunton, its trustees, officers, employees, agents, insurers, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action on account of any damage to real or personal property or personal injury that may result from my, or from my employees’ or volunteers’, participation in the CGFM.

I authorize the CGFM and its affiliates to promote the CGFM and my participation, including, but not limited to, using photographs, descriptions, and anonymous sales data in materials, advertisements, websites and press releases.
