Transportation Services Plan

Under a new state law, California Education Code Section 39800.1 requires that school districts develop a Transportation Services plan. The GESD Transportation Plan was initially developed and approved in March of 2023.

The GESD Transportation Plan includes a description of how transportation services would be accessible to pupils with disabilities, homeless children, and youth. It also includes a description of how unduplicated pupils could access available home-to-school transportation at no cost to the families who reside within the District boundaries. 

This is a living plan, and we ask for your ongoing feedback competing this survey.
