All clubs playing and training under UKU "return to play" club guidance are required to complete this survey at least once every calendar month until further notice.  More frequent submissions are useful and welcome, but optional.  We really hate creating extra admin for any club volunteers, but we have reluctantly concluded that collecting this data, although tedious for club administrators, could prove to be quite important over the coming months:

1. To track participation in much finer detail than normal because we need to have a good understanding of the extent of activity around the country.  
2. In case we need to demonstrate to national, local or other authorities that we (the NGB, clubs and members) take the situation and our responsibilities seriously.
