State Voting Delegates
In the instance your state does not have two junior members in attendance at the Junior National Hereford Expo that meet the 16 year old age requirement, your state may nominate one or two members who are under the age of 16, but they must be brought before the National Junior Hereford Association Board of Directors and approved before they can serve as a voting delegate.
