The Gold Medal
Awarded since 1980, the Gold Medal is bestowed annually by CMI in recognition of outstanding management and leadership from an individual at the pinnacle of their career. 2021's winner was Alison Rose CMgr CCMI, Chief Executive of NatWest Group plc.

As we enter CMI's 75th anniversary year in 2022, the Board of Companions welcome recommendations from Chartered Companions and other community members for who should be nominated to receive this ultimate management award.
