Please fill out this form if you need your official transcript sent to a school or place of business. We do not keep copies of your diploma, but for proof of graduation, your transcript will have a graduation date on it. You may also use this form if you need a copy of your unofficial transcript for personal use. (Current students need to request transcripts from their school counselor.) *NOTE* Transcript requests will be processed the first full day of school after the request has been made.
