Board of Directors Members must be Active Members in good standing.  Active Members includes: 

(1) Attorneys admitted to practice before and in good standing with the State Bar of California (whether active or nonactive);
(2) Faculty members of law schools in the Counties of Sacramento and Yolo, California, so long as such faculty status is maintained;
(3) Attorneys admitted to practice before the Courts of the United States or its territories or the Courts of a sister state; or
(4) Attorneys retired from active practice.
