Welcome to the ElixirConf® US 2023 Speaker Proposal page!

As we gear up for the 10th annual ElixirConf conference, we're inviting thought leaders and enthusiasts from around the world to share their knowledge and insights with the Elixir community. This year's conference will occur at the luxurious JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando, FL, from September 6-8, 2023.

We're seeking speaker proposals for engaging, Elixir-centric presentations that offer pragmatic and practical insights. Whether you're new to Elixir or a seasoned developer or core team member, your experience and perspectives are invaluable. We're particularly interested in hearing about real-world applications, case studies, success stories, and innovative practices.

The deadline for proposal submissions is June 25, 2023. We eagerly anticipate your submissions and thank you for supporting and contributing to the global Elixir community.

To assist you in the development of your presentation, consider the following topics:

- Applications and case studies involving Elixir, Phoenix, Livebook, Nerves, Nx, LiveView, Scenic, Ecto
- The adoption journey of Elixir in your team or company
- Managing Distributed, Concurrent, or Multi-Node Systems
- Elixir's application in fields like Multi-media, Machine Learning, Computational Analysis, AI, and Data Analytics
- Elixir Devops, CI/CD, Automation, and Infrastructure
- Elixir's role in Corporate Computing, Small Businesses, Startups
- Tools including Environment, Compilers, Formatters, Mix
- Related Topics (OTP, Type Systems, Distributed Databases, Testing, Streaming)

## Speaker & CFP Details

This form includes an option to submit a talk to be given virtually. Depending on the number of submissions received for virtual talks, a virtual track may be added to the event.

ElixirConf® US 2023 is a multi-track conference, with each speaking slot being 40 minutes long, including an optional Q&A session. All speakers agree to adhere to the ElixirConf® decorum policy and refrain from using profanity in all communications.

Accepted speakers will receive a complimentary conference ticket for the event (September 6-8) and access to an exclusive speaker reception on September 5. The organizers will send further details regarding speaker slide sets as soon as they are completed.
